Black Water can design Septic Systems for new home construction as well as, a replacement system for existing homes that require updating. All of the systems designed by Black Water are in accordance with the Ontario Building Code. We will also complete all permit applications and obtain permits if needed.
SEPTIC INSTALLATION
From the initial design to the installation, all installs are performed in accordance to the Ontario Building Code. Black Water will complete all installations with our customer’s satisfaction as a top priority.
Our team of professionals have the knowledge and skill to install a variety of systems. This includes holding tanks, cisterns and septic tanks.
SEPTIC AND HOLDING TANK PUMPING
Black Water offers septic and holding tank pumping at a competitive rate. We can accommodate residential and commercial holding tanks including wineries.
Contact us and have our technician ensure that your holding tank is emptied and maintained.
We also install and repair holding tank alarms. This is a great addition to any holding tank to let you know when the tank needs to be pumped.
We recommend emptying your septic tank every 3-5 years to ensure there is no unwanted clogging due to sludge build up in the tank, pumping will also prolong the life of the leach bed.
SEPTIC INSPECTIONS
We offer professional septic inspections for real estate transactions and short term rental properties. Inspections are completed to diagnose and document the function of your Septic System. Inspections may be necessary when the system is not functioning properly, or if there is a problem that requires a solution found via inspection. All inspections include a detailed report of our findings, if we deem that repairs are required, we will provide you with a report that outlines necessary repairs. We also offer recommendations to resolve any issues found during the inspection.
